The project for replacing a type of catalyst

The project for replacing a type of catalyst with the embargo-imposed catalysts of a 300000-tonn polyethylene unit in Jam petrochemical complex was successfully carried out as a result of cooperation between polymer research group of NPC-RT Company and Jam petrochemical Company in a 45- day period on July 20, 2011.More than 600 tonns of product with standard injection grade specifications has been produced so far. Thus production standstill due to catalyst embargo has been avoided. Following this replacement production of all previous grades has become possible and once more petrochemical industries glory in this outstanding achievement.
